The reason why I still have State Farm is because of the agent Joy, she respond on time she always has an answer to my questions. Is very easy to understand my coverage she explained it very clearly. I would just like to say that Joy Pensado is the most perfect Insurance agent I've ever dealt with, and ive never met her in person. Her personality is great. Just in talking with her I decided to change insurance companies last year. Otherwise I probably never would have. She explains everything with total knowledge but if she doesnt know something she finds answers quickly. She's not pushy at all, her knowledge and experience alone is great.. Again. She is a joy to work with.
